To succeed, we must build a coalition of citizens who favor transparency, accountability, and good civilian/law enforcement relationships in San Mateo County. If your organization wants to help advance these goals, we ask you to become a Fixin’ SMC supporter, to help bring civilian oversight to our county.
We ask the following of our supporting organizations:
- Support FxSMC’s goal of effective civilian oversight of the Sheriff’s Office in San Mateo County
- Recognize and honor that FxSMC is nonpartisan
- Agree to be listed on our website and materials as a supporting group
- List FxSMC on your website and materials as appropriate
- Co-sponsor relevant events
- Help publicize events
- Encourage your members to attend relevant FxSMC events
- Encourage your members to participate in FxSMC volunteer activities
