Fixin’ San Mateo County is seeking student interns to help advance our mission of transparency and accountability in county law enforcement. You can gain valuable experience in organizing, earn community service hours, and help make San Mateo County a better, safer, more fair place to live for everyone. What you’ll do:

  • Help prepare or deliver public comments
  • Create social media content
  • Participate in community meetings and events
  • Staff outreach tables at local fairs & farmers markets
  • Write letters to the editor

What you’ll gain:

  • Public speaking & writing skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Mentorship
  • Community service hours
  • Letter of recommendation upon completion
